The Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP) is one of three programs in the Express Entry system. It uses the Global Ranking System (CRS) to rank and invite qualified candidates in a specialized trade. Primary eligibility for FSTP includes work experience in a skilled trade National Occupational Classification (NOC) code in Canada or abroad.
